Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in F&B and social media, with enthusiasm for creating engaging content and managing brand communications across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations

• Conduct daily news and media monitoring for clients
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials
• Manage client relationships and ensure all communications and timelines stay on track
• Liaise directly with clients to handle account matters and project updates
• Assist with media outreach and maintain uptodate media and KOL databases
• Coordinate and manage interviews, media opportunities, and influencer collaborations from planning to execution
• Support event planning and onsite execution for client activations
• Prepare PR reports and track media coverage
• Handle adhoc PR requests and urgent media or influencer inquiries
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the PR department

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PR agency or F&B inhouse communications role.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Hospitality
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and communications
• Strong passion for the F&B and lifestyle industry
• Solid understanding of KOL/influencer marketing landscape
• Creative, detailoriented, and highly organised
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
• A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
