Job Description

This role is responsible for purchasing operations, ensuring supplier performance, and managing supplier qualification activities. The position oversees endtoend procurement processes, supplier compliance, and logistics coordination.

Purchasing Management

  • Ensure and monitor supplier performance in terms of OTIF delivery, cost competitiveness, quality, payment terms, and HSE compliance.
  • Optimize purchasing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall procurement performance.
  • Oversee purchase order management, including PO issuance, tracking, and coordination with logistics teams (especially for import processes).
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.

Supplier Qualification & Compliance

  • Maintain and improve commitments and compliance of Raw Material, Packaging, and Service suppliers.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations, handle supplier complaints, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to perform supplier audits and ensure timely followup actions.
  • Perform necessary analyses to ensure suppliers meet SEQENS Bangpoo's quality, safety, and operational standards at all times.

CrossFunctional Support

  • Support Supply Chain Manager with adhoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Summiting the import license/materials quota documentation and coordination with Thai FDA in term of GMP regulatory.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management ,procurement, supplier qualification and supplier management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with SCM, ERP, and/or MRP systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer-service focused.
  • Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) and/or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and/or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) highly recommended
