Key Responsibility:
- Collaborate closely with developers and product owners during sprint planning, grooming, and reviews
- Understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios
- Define what to be executed by test automation and the remaining's for manual testing
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing on web and mobile products
- Analyze when non-functional testing is needed and also perform it
- Maintain and update automated UI, API, and mobile test scripts related to your squad's features
- Investigate bugs, report clear defect tickets, and verify fixes
- Support release validation and post-deployment checks
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of QA experience in Agile teams
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software testing principles
- Comfortable writing automated tests in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Familiarity with tools like Playwright, WebDriverIO, or K6 is a plus
- The experience of Shift-left testing approach is a big plus
- The comprehension on what automation-first is
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A quality mindset and ownership attitude
