Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and define test strategies.
- Identify, analyze, and report bugs, defects, and other quality issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Participate in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and potential issues.
- Establish and maintain testing frameworks, tools, and automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive test reports for management and stakeholders with recommendations.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in QA and software testing.
- Develop user manuals and provide training on the functions to clients.
- Support monthly project activities and reports, including summaries for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Experience with test automation tools such is a plus as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Familiarity with reporting & analytics tools and SQL such as PowerBI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, MySQL.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with API testing, web and mobile app testing, and database testing.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Industry-recognized QA certifications is a plus, such as ISTQB or CSTE.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
