Quality Management System Executive / Assistant Manager, Nefab Thailand

We are now looking for a Quality Management System Executive or Assistant Manager to join our team in Nefab Thailand.
As QMS Executive or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating QMS activities, including audits, documentation, and system compliance, ensuring alignment with international standards and Nefab requirements. Your contribution will strengthen system effectiveness, compliance consistency, and operational excellence across the organization.
You will be part of Quality Management function, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams. In this role, you will collaborate across functions and, where required, with regional or global stakeholders, ensuring consistent QMS application, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement across the organization.
This position is located in Sriracha - Chonburi, and you will report to Senior QMS Manager.

What You'll Do
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and company standards.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation, documentation control, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Maintain and update QMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor non-conformities and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, and other departments to ensure QMS requirements are effectively implemented.
- Support training and awareness activities related to quality systems and procedures.
- Prepare QMS reports and data to support management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, or quality-related roles is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Ability to read, understand, and prepare QMS documentation accurately.
- Able to read and write English for documentation and work coordination.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
