Senior Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA)

Senior Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring product safety, regulatory compliance, and quality governance across company's wholesale and retail operations.

The role oversees QA across Fresh Food, Dry Food, and Non-Food categories, as well as QC operations across stores and distribution centers nationwide. The position focuses on strengthening quality systems, cold chain management, traceability, risk prevention, and product excellence across both physical stores and digital/O2O channels.
