What You Will Do
- Handle quality issue occurred in our outsourcing suppliers. Lead cross function team performing the risk assessment activity with a sense of urgence to avoid the scrap in process and protect the shipment quality. Review 8D report from supplier and make sure to be solved completely
- Perform monthly supplier quality performance assessment and drive the corrective actions definition and follow up the improvements with low performance supplier.
- Lead and organize the QPA audit for the new suppliers. Lead the annual QPA/QSA audit for existing suppliers. Drive continuous improvement in the QMS and quality control process of supplier.
- Take the plant AQP rule to define and conduct the qualification plan for the new project before safe launch in CM. Including in FAI, DVPR, MSA, CPK etc.
- Take the person responsible to handle and follow up the PCN initiated from supplier and make sure any change is verified and approved prior to implement in the production line of suppliers.
- Lead the yield and other improvement projects in CM to improve their process quality, reduce the scrap cost and make customer complaints.
- Work with GCQ to handle the customer complaint, Lead and drive the effective 8D improvement for the NC issues in supplier. Ensure the alignment of quality acceptance criteria between Molex and Customer.
- Lead the planned customer quality audits in CM. Track corrective action completion based on the customer requirements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in Electrical or Mechanical
- Work experience in cable assembly related industry is preferred.
- Sufficient working experience on supplier quality improvement and customer quality issue handling

- Be familiar with quality tools, e.g., 8D methodology, DVPR, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC etc.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent on English communication.
- Be familiar with ISO9001, internal auditor certification.
- SAP transaction skills.
- Integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, good work attitude.
