Title: Senior Quality Engineer

Role Description

-Process Quality Control

Ensure that production processes comply with standards such as ISO or IATF16949

Utilize quality tools like SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA, and Control Plans

Problem Analysis and Resolution.

Analyze issues in the production process such as defects, scrap, or rework

Apply tools like 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D Reports

-Process Improvement

Improve processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and lower costs

Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen

-Monitoring and Auditing

Conduct process audits according to audit plans

Monitor production results such as yield, defect rate, and OEE

-Training and Team Support

Provide quality-related training to production staff

Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams

-Quality Documentation

Create and maintain documents such as Work Instructions (WI), Control Plans, and PFMEA

KPI

-Scrap cost reduction.

-Customer complaint.

-Fast Response.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

-Above 5 years of relevant work experience

-Solid understanding of statistical methods

-Extensive experience with automotive core tools, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP

-Proficient in reading technical drawings

-knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 standards

-Good communication skills in both Thai and English
