- Takes on the role of Team Leader.
- Matching existing products depend on the assignment.
- Start from Scratch poultry, shrimp and fish NPD for local or Regional markets or support to GL worldwide.
- Customer lab and line trials, presentations and relationship building
- Liaison and relationship building within the market link network and effective formulation and technology transfer
- Raw materials evaluation and selection, relationship development and optimization
- Lab trials design, execution and documentation
- Deliver to deadlines and targets, to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel at all levels representing the company in a professional manner at all times. To participate co-operatively as an employee within the company as well as in personal development or performance coaching programs (as required).
- Inform to the immediate superior for any issue that relate to food safety.
- Understand and support the company's activities and policies, and also control & development of environmental and safety system to subordinated.
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
- Lead and drive the change toward the 2030 Aspiration.
- Take responsibility for communicating the 2030 Aspiration to the team and building understanding among team members within the division.
- Actively participate in corporate initiatives that support and promote the achievement of the 2030 Aspiration.
