Position Summary
We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Technology is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in Marina Bay Financial Centre, Singapore to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
- Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
- Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
- Be a recruitment best practice champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
- Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
- Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting
Professional Experience
- Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation
- Prior experience in hiring for Non-Tech (Sales, Marketing, Enterprise Sales, HR, Finance, Legal) roles across SG, MY, TH, KR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, IT Literate with MS Office suite
- Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
- Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills
- Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
- Hybrid working model - 3 days onsite (Marina Bay Financial Centre), 2 days WFH
- Able to commit to 6-month contract (September 2026 - March 2027)
