About the Role
We are looking for a high-agency Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner based in Thailand to support hiring for our gaming business.
Some of the roles we hire for are difficult and ambiguous. We need someone who can understand the business need behind each role, define what good looks like, and proactively figure out how to find, engage, and bring in the right talent.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Thailand-based roles, with a focus on hard-to-fill positions in gaming.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, clarify candidate profiles, and adjust search strategy as the market feedback evolves.
- Build practical sourcing strategies for roles where the right candidates may not have obvious titles, keywords, or public profiles.
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through multiple channels and networks.
- Develop strong local market understanding, including where relevant talent is, how to reach them, and what motivates them.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, industry contacts, agencies, and other talent sources.
- Use pipeline data and market feedback to improve sourcing efficiency and hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting, talent sourcing, executive search, or agency recruitment experience in Thailand.
- Strong problem-solving ability in recruitment, especially for roles that are difficult to define or hard to source.
- Experience hiring for at least one of the following areas: gaming, esports, creators / influencers, community, or entertainment.
- Strong local market sense and ability to build relevant networks quickly.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and creating structure from limited information.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Data-conscious and able to manage recruitment pipelines, conversion, and weekly progress updates.
Strong Plus
- Existing network in Thailand's gaming, esports, creator, agency, influencer, or digital entertainment ecosystem.
- Familiarity with mobile games or online gaming communities.
- Prior experience in executive search, boutique recruitment, fast-growing tech companies, or gaming companies.
