Job Analysis and Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and desired qualifications for various positions within the organization. Conduct job analyses to accurately define job descriptions and identify the most effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Proactively build talent pipelines and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
Screening and Selection: Review resumes, applications, and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Coordinate and participate in panel interviews or assessments with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates competencies, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Evaluate candidates qualifications and provide feedback to hiring managers for final decision-making. Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure a fair and objective evaluation process.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their status and addressing any questions or concerns. Offer a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to select candidates, including salary negotiation and presenting the overall compensation package. Coordinate pre-employment checks, references, and background verifications. Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Recruitment Strategy and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools or technologies in recruitment. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience 10 years up in technical recruitment experience, including 5 years of managing teams of recruiters/researchers/resources and 3 years of being as training coordinator.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Full cycle recruiting experience in a in Recruitment Agency/ Headhunting Services/ Building & Infrastructure/ Oil & Gas/ Renewable Energy companies.
Experience with various recruitment channels and sourcing tools, hands-on in using social media platforms for brand promotion.
Ability to manage multiple projects
Good at managing stakeholders expectations and ensuring timely delivery
