About the Role
We are looking for a full-time senior professional to strengthen our presence and ensure even smoother coordination across Southern Thailand. We aim to continue developing
high-quality, meaningful, and innovative travel experiences, while supporting our existing partners and improving the overall efficiency of our operations in the region. We are hiring this role to enhance our collaboration with local suppliers, ensure consistency in service quality, and help us explore new opportunities that align with our long-term vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing suppliers, communities, and local partners.
- Help identify unique local experiences and creative opportunities that reinforce Easia's strengths.
- Work with the Production team to design elevated and authentic experiences and add depth to our current offerings.
- Cooperate closely with the Operations and Quality teams to ensure that services are delivered smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with Easia standards
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Southern Thailand (hospitality industry, logistics, culture, ...) is a must-have
- Proven experience in tourism, operations, hospitality, or destination management is required
- Ability to work independently and proactively with a solution-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai
- Having a strong professional network in the region, and speaking a 3rd language (especially French or German) are strong advantages.
