Role Description

This full-time Safety Specialist role is an on-site position located in Bangkok (BTS Sanampao). The Safety Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health and safety protocols aligned with company and regulatory standards. Core duties include conducting safety training sessions, performing accident investigations, ensuring compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines, and promoting occupational health within the organization. The role requires regular assessment of workplace practices to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices
• Knowledge of Occupational Health standards and best practices
• Experience in conducting Safety Training and awareness programs
• Skills in Accident Investigation and root cause analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to promote a culture of safety
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or a related field
• Certifications in EHS or occupational health and safety are a plus
