We are hiring a Senior Technical Sales Engineer with strong expertise in mechanical couplings, rotating machinery, misalignment compensation, vibration reduction, and drivetrain reliability, to lead solution-based sales and technical engagement with EPCs, consultants, and asset owners.
It would be excellent to be based in Rayong.
Key Responsibilities (Keyword-Optimized)
- Provide technical sales and application engineering for shaft couplings and mechanical power transmission solutions
- Engage with rotating equipment engineers, reliability engineers, EPCs, and end users
- Analyze application parameters including torque, RPM, axial/angular/parallel misalignment, vibration, and duty cycle
- Recommend suitable coupling technologies (misalignment-tolerant, maintenance-free, rigid/flexible designs)
- Support technical submittals, datasheets, drawings, and vendor approval processes
- Conduct technical presentations, product training, and solution workshops
- Collaborate with principals/manufacturers on custom or engineered coupling solutions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 712 years experience in technical sales, application engineering, or rotating equipment engineering
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Shaft couplings / mechanical couplings
- Power transmission systems
- Rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes)
- Misalignment compensation & vibration control
- Experience with Oil & Gas, Offshore/FPSO, Power Plants, Petrochemical, Mining, or Heavy Industry
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, torque calculations, and specifications
- Confident communicator with engineers, EPCs, consultants, and decision makers
- Strong commercial awareness and project negotiation capability
Experience with advanced coupling technologies such as Couplings or equivalent is a strong advantage.

- Comfortable bridging engineering depth and commercial sales

- Experience managing long sales cycles and technical decision processes
