We are seeking IT Sales Executive (Senior/ Account Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidates should be self-motivated with can-do attitude, having service-minded, target-oriented, teamwork oriented and high sense of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target large-scale enterprise organizations within specific sectors, e.g., FSI (Financial Services Institute), Insurance, healthcare, manufacturing.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients.
- Identify and articulate the value proposition of our IT solutions to address complex enterprise challenges.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and address customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, system integration, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale deals with enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
