What the day will look like
Acquired new business and handle marketing activities to drive sales, responds to sales opportunities identified.
Primary Responsibilities
- Revenue generation and customer relationship management.
- Problem solving and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle customer and prospect presentations, including Global Business, Voluntary Benefits programs and worksite activities.
- Perform tasks and responsibilities assigned within the Aon Group.
- Demonstrate strong analytical ability to support decision‑making and operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports to support business and management needs.
Customer responsibilities
The Selling Of
- Group insurance products for life, accident, disability and health to the corporate customer
- Other lines for property and casualty to the corporate customer, in collaboration with other Aon Group segments
- Individual life products to the corporate customer's employees, be those savings plans, annuities, mutual funds, or supplemental life for employees families
- Other individual lines such as auto and domestic, in collaboration with other Aon Group segments
- Non-insurance products, such as cards and personal loans
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Insurance or Marketing
- Minimum 1 year group insurance industry experience in Sales role
- Good interpersonal, excellent communications and presentation skills
- Service-minded and able to handle internal/external complaints
- Self-learner, self-starter, able to work under pressure 4. Written and spoken fluency in Thai and working knowledge of English
- Good computer skills – Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes
