Job Description
- Manage the delivery of company products to business partners, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery methods.
- Develop new customers and new projects to expand business opportunities.
- Collect payments from trade receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Negotiate with customers on pricing, sales terms, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Drive sales of based concrete admixtures to Thailands leading Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) producers, covering approximately 60% of the market.
- Lead new client acquisition and product replacement initiatives, converting competitor products.
- Navigate complex and lengthy vendor approval processes with major Thai customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-15+ years of sales experience in construction chemicals, with a strong focus on concrete admixtures
- Background with, or strong industry connections to, leading global construction chemical companies
- Solid understanding of both the technical and commercial advantages of based admixtures compared to traditional naphthalene-based products
- Fluent in both Thai and English
