For this Senior Sales Engineer (Commercial buildings):
Job description
- Create and implement monthly sales plans focused on achieving volume and revenue targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and partners, including building a network of dedicated dealers.
- Maintain strong daily relationships with key customers, consultants, and channel partners, offering support and handling negotiations.
- Drive the complete sales process, from initial lead generation through negotiation to successfully closing deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas for both product volume and financial revenue.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities within the commercial building segment (e.g., HVAC, water supply, fire pump systems).
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and training sessions for customers and the dealer network.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Service) to ensure smooth project delivery, installation, and effective after-sales support.
- Conduct market mapping, monitor competitor products and industry trends, and contribute to market share growth.
- Recommend appropriate pump solutions based on project specifications and assist in troubleshooting technical issues in coordination with the support team.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Sales, Account, Channels or distributors management in pumps for commercial buildings.
- Proven expertise in dealers expansion and management
- Good Command in English speaking (Coordinate with overseas factories)
- Able to drive with own car
