We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our Building Automation Business Unit and drive business growth across Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the commercial building sector.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
- Promote Delta's Building Automation solutions and provide technical sales consultation to customers.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through project award and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Building Automation or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- HVAC Control Systems
- Building Renovation Solutions
- Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- IoT & Smart Building Platforms
- Digital Building Integration
- Security Systems (CCTV & Access Control)
- Experience serving customers in one or more of these sectors is preferred:
- Commercial Buildings
- Integrated developments
- Hospitals
- Hotels
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good command of both Thai and English.
