Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and achieve sales targets by focusing on high-end machine vision solutions within the lithium battery, automotive parts, and consumer electronics industries.
- Proactively maintain and grow existing key client accounts, managing current order pipelines while strategically identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within established client portfolios.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by leveraging deep technical expertise, demonstrating efficient work practices, and maintaining a consistently positive and professional attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. A major in Automation, Image Processing, Computer Science, or a related Engineering field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience is essential.
- Candidates with a strong technical background and direct experience in the automation, machine vision, or defect detection industries will be given preference.
- Fluency in spoken English is required to effectively manage and support overseas business operations.
- Must be proactive, results-driven, highly team-oriented, and capable of working effectively and independently.
