Source leads independently through personal networks, online channels, and on-site recruiting.
Own the full sales cycle and close deals independently to achieve monthly order and revenue targets, to be eligible for incentives.
Manage seller relationships and negotiate and announce additional commercial terms to maximize company profit.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
Industry trend analysis: study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Demonstrate track record of closing deals and consistently achieving monthly revenue and order targets.
Sales experience in the express logistics industry is a plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Able to travel to Bangkok office when required.
