Present sales and services to customers, covering furniture manufacturing, design work, interior decoration, and built-in furniture work, through various channels such as telephone, email, other connections, etc. Schedule and attend meetings with customers to close sales.
Receive customer requirements and provide initial consultation/information. Coordinate with customers.
Prepare quotations, contracts, and related documents.
Summarize job details and coordinate with the customer service and implimentation department.
Prepare and request the demonstration.
Collect and analyze market and target group requirements to plan sales strategies for products and services suitable for the target group.
Execute various sales activities to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI sales targets.
Build a network (Connection) with new customers and maintain relationships with current customers.
Monitor, supervise, and manage the team to ensure sales meet the set targets.
Prepare weekly sales reports and CRM to submit to management.
Present work to key clients, designers, hotel owners, business owners, and office-for-rent groups. Schedule and attend meetings with customers to close sales.
Define sales strategies and plans to meet sales targets.
Determine the budget and plan budget spending for acquiring and maintaining customers.
Maintain close relationships with customers/partners at various levels, including senior executives and operational staff, to ensure continuous sales closure.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales of built-in furniture, interior design, or a closely related field.
Experience in sales of Saas (will be given special consideration).
Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Possesses creativity and keeps up with modern and practical design trends.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
Fluent in English
Possesses sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
A good team player with the ability to manage time and maintain work organization.
