Responsibilities:
• Assist local customers and international freight forwarders by understanding their logistics requirements and providing customized solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with local customers and overseas agent offices to update shipment statuses and ensure smooth coordination.
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound cold calls, emails, and scheduled sales meetings.
• Prepare and present competitive quotations for cross-trade and international shipments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Track sales leads, coordinate quotations, and maintain customer records while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Follow up on submitted quotations proactively to increase the success rate and close deals effectively.
• Support the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system and collaborate closely with the Regional GM Sales to support business growth.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Management to contribute to the company's success.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations and sales processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry (Air & Ocean) within commercial roles. Knowledge of warehouse services is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• A degree in any field .
Salary Package & Benefits:
• Base salary up to THB 50,000 per month (with a guaranteed 13th-month salary).
• Commission structure to be discussed.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Gasoline allowance to be discussed.
