Senior Sales Executive (Influencer Platform & Agency Services)
Role Overview
Another Dot is a fast-growing startup providing a hybrid solution for the modern marketing landscape. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who possesses a strong background in the Influencer Agency business and a passion for Marketing Technology (SaaS).
In this role, you will not just manage accounts; you will be a Revenue Hunter responsible for expanding our market share. You will consult with brands and agencies to provide a total solution: our proprietary AI-poweredInfluencer Platform plus our Creative & Strategic Influencer Services.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Hunting: Proactively identify, reach out to, and secure new business opportunities with agencies and brands.
- Hybrid Solution Selling: Confidently pitch a two-part value proposition:
- Platform (SaaS): Subscriptions to our AI-powered influencer tool.
- Services (Agency): End-to-end influencer strategy, creative ideation, and campaign management.
- Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales pipeline from initial prospecting and platform demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Strategic Pitching: Lead the development of winning pitch decks that combine data-driven insights from our platform with high-impact creative tactics.
- Consultative Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their influencer marketing spend through our technology.
- Startup Leadership: Operate with high autonomy and a Founder's Mindset. You will be responsible for setting your own targets and contributing to the company's growth strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements- Industry Expertise: 46 years of experience in an Influencer Agency, Social Media Agency, or Digital Marketing environment.
- Sales Track Record: Proven experience in Business Development (BD) or Sales. You must have a history of achieving sales targets and winning new client accounts (New Business).
- Deep Influencer Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Thai influencer landscape, creator trends, and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable learning, using, and demonstrating a software/SaaS platform to clients. You understand how data and AI can improve marketing results.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a startup environment without constant supervision.
- Resilient & Can-do: You maintain a high-energy, positive mindset even when targets are tough. You view obstacles as learning opportunities rather than roadblocks.
- Communication: Professional presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Thai and English (Business level is a plus).
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
