Senior Sales Executive - Wholesales (South ,Central ,North)

Job Description
1. Achieve Company sales target of the assigned accounts
2. Build up new target accounts to expand TCL products
3. Maintain relationship with existing and new principals as well as key customers
4. Work with customers to improve the operation effectiveness, develop product category and generate or expand the business opportunity
5. Implement all activities to be aligned with the annual strategy and customer business plan. Ex. assortment, promotion plan, trade term agreement, etc.
6. Manage sales pipeline, track sales activity, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
7. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
8. Lead negotiations with accounts, prepare and present proposals, and close sales agreements in line with company policies and procedures.
9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to accounts throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive customer experience.
10. Align with other departments ensuring the smooth operation
Qualification
1. Proactive, Self-motivated, Target-oriented
2. Good in English communication and Good in computer skills.
3. At least 2 years of sales experience for Electronic products
4. Understanding of account management, customers, sales channels & third parties
5. Own a car and be able to travel within the region
