Our client is a multinational company with manufacturing operations in Thailand. The client operates in the pharmaceutical B2B sector and has a long-standing reputation for quality and innovation. With a solid foundation and expanding operations in the region, the client is now seeking a seasoned professional to lead and grow their sales function.
Responsibilities :
Strategic & Planning:
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned territory or zone.
- Build a comprehensive technical understanding of the company's product portfolio, content, and value proposition to position solutions effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to refine business plans and identify new opportunities.
Functional Core:
- Develop, lead, and optimize a high-performance sales network focused on maximizing commercial outcomes.
- Take ownership of territory management, including regular client meetings, sales visits, and in-depth account management.
- Lead business development initiatives, including identifying new partners, negotiating deals, and overseeing onboarding processes.
- Drive revenue through both expanding existing business and acquiring new B2B clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
Internal Collaboration & Process:
- Act as the primary liaison between sales and other departments (e.g. technical, regulatory, operations) to ensure alignment and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales processes, customer service, and internal coordination.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales pipelines.
- Provide coaching and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 10 years in B2B sales management, with a proven track record of leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong background in pharmaceuticals, contract manufacturing, or active ingredients is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, and key account management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Fluency in English ,Thai (advanced proficiency required)
