Job Duties:
- Managing and guiding local sales representatives to ensure the team meets/ exceed the agressive sales targets.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to support the company's overall business goals.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding market needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly reporting on sales performance and developing action plans based on data.
- Coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Reporting to HQ- China for the local sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or ecommerce .
- Tracked record of logistics/ e-commerce experience is a must.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the air and sea freight logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
- Strong market analysis skills and business acumen.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Proficient in spoken and written Thai and English. Prefer to understand chinese but is not compulsory.
