Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Hong Kong/ Singapore)
What You'll Do (Responsibilities and Duti
- Lead a sales team (APAC) to develop, decompose, and execute sales plans in accordance with the company's annual international trade sales objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales targe
- Driving revenue by prospecting new customers and leading regional team to meet the monthly GP
- Proactively identify, develop business and nurture new sales opportunities within sales team
- Collaborate with the internal team (sourcing team, warehouse, and logistics team
- Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in electronics or relevant
- Minimum 5 years experience in electronics trading experience with at least 3 years leading a sales team.
- Background from the top 50 distribution industry companies will be advantageous.
- Direct experience in the ASEAN market and with customers is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with risk management capabilities
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (to liaise with regional team)
