Senior Sales Manager – Animal Proteins (Thailand)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Remote flexibility available)

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonus (commission based on tonnage)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales of animal protein ingredients (including meals and oils) across the pet food and feed markets in Thailand.

This role is ideal for a high-performing hunter profile with an established network across major feed mills and pet food manufacturers, capable of driving new business and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across pet food and feed customers in Thailand
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including major feed mills and pet food producers
• Execute a commercial strategy to increase sales of animal proteins, meals, and oils
• Identify and secure new opportunities, leveraging existing industry network
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with a strong focus on margin growth
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, technical, trading) to ensure seamless delivery
• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales within animal nutrition, feed additives, or feed ingredients
• Strong network with pet food manufacturers and/or large feed mills in Thailand
• Background working with multinational companies (MNCs) preferred
• Demonstrated success as a hunter-style commercial professional
• Thai fluency
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from leading agricultural university
