Senior Sales Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Nonthaburi with some remote work flexibility. The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the sales strategy to achieve company goals. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing and delivering compelling proposals, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs. The role also involves mentoring and managing the sales team to ensure high performance.

• Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Acquisition
• Strong Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Communication abilities
• Experience with ERP Solutions, Digital Transformation, and Business Process Management
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Experience in technology or ERP solutions sales is highly desirable
