Job Description

We are seeking Senior Sales Managers for our client, a global company who recently established a new BU - Business Information. Candidates with strong B2B SaaS sales experience are highly relevant.

MISSION

To grow market share and revenue for Business Information (BI) solutions in Thailand by

identifying and converting sales opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, and cross-

selling channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the Business Information strategy in Thailand, aligned with medium- and long-term business objectives.
  • Define and deliver a clear go-to-market strategy, ensuring disciplined execution.
  • Lead and manage the BI sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Drive incremental BI revenue through new and existing channel partnerships.
  • Provide regular progress updates, pipeline visibility, and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to support enhancements and localisation for the Thai market.
  • Build market presence within targeted industries through events, associations, and thought leadership.
  • Work with regional and global stakeholders to develop business plans, account strategies, and GTM initiatives.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline and reporting accuracy.
  • Establish regular engagement cadence with regional teams and partners to ensure revenue commitments are met or exceeded.
  • Represent BI solutions at external events, working with marketing to deliver effective market messaging.
  • Ensure sales teams and partners are fully trained and enabled to sell BI propositions in Thailand.
  • Act as the first escalation point for regional issues related to BI sales and partnerships.
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy and maintain high client satisfaction, with NPS meeting or exceeding global benchmarks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 1015 years of experience in enterprise sales, channel sales, or partnership sales, ideally within financial services, data, or B2B solutions.
  • Proven experience launching or scaling new products, markets, or client segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to co-create value propositions with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong networking, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
