Manage and analyse performance of Japanese clients in Southeast Asia and take required action to close gaps.
Take initiatives in solving claims and issues raising from Japanese clients located in Southeast Asia
Strengthen local relationships in Southeast Asia countries.
Contribute to the hosting countries/area with close collaboration between area Japan and area Southeast Asia.
Bridge and manage cultural gap locally.
Evaluate business proposition and recommend effective short/long term strategies to all stake holders
Monitor market and competition activities and share information effectively with stake holders
Deliver result with complete adherence to corporate strategy, guideline, and compliance
