Travel: occasionally within SEA, will travel a lot within Thailand

About The Company

Are you a strategic sales professional ready to take ownership of a high-impact portfolio We're seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our Bangkok team and lead growth across refrigerator and cold chain market.

In this role, you'll champion a diverse portfolio of polyurethane-based solutions-bringing innovation to customers, uncovering new opportunities, and driving long-term value across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of medium to large, complex accountsbuilding and executing strategic account plans.
  • Lead customer engagement end-to-end, from relationship development to solution delivery.
  • Drive business development initiatives and explore new channels to market.
  • Shape and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver both value and volume growth.
  • Gather and leverage market intelligence to refine commercial strategies.
  • Lead negotiations, manage pricing, and ensure profitable growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate customer experience.
  • Identify and drive cross-business growth opportunities.
  • Present confidently to senior leadership and customer stakeholders.
  • Take ownership with strong follow-through, proactive problem-solving, and a bias for action.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B chemicals, materials, or manufacturing sectors, with clientswithin refrigerator and cold chain market/ industry.
  • Fluency in English and Thai (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with Chinese client companies will be an advantage
  • Strong MS Office and digital communication skills.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Thailand.
