Senior SAP Functional Analyst (FI/MM)
Key Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Experienced in full-cycle SAP implementation, especially in FI/MM modules
- Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation
- Gather business requirements and map business processes to SAP solutions
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose appropriate solutions aligned with business needs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including both SAP and non-SAP stakeholders
- Provide support, consultation, and guidance to end users and key users
- Conduct key user and end-user training
- Support project management activities and other assigned responsibilities
- Open to taking on responsibilities beyond SAP-related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant SAP experience
- Experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge of business process development and design
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to end users
