As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes and configurations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
• Preferred skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with multiple SAP modules.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO,SAP MMSD, SAP ABAP/CPI/BTP, SAP BASIS, SAP Data Integration and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in SAP.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can communicate in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification(s) is a plus.
