Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior SAP OTC Consultant with strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash processes. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing sales and billing processes within SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of SAP SD and OTC processes
- Manage sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, credit management, returns, and revenue recognition
- Analyze existing OTC processes and recommend process improvements
- Ensure integration between SD and other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI/CO, PS)
- Provide support for operational issues including pricing errors, blocked orders, and credit management
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials
- Train business users on sales order processing, billing, and dispute resolution
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of SAP SD / OTC experience
- Experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, copy control, and logistics execution
- Integration knowledge with MM, PP, FI/CO, and PS
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in global SAP delivery environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Retail, Oil, or Life Sciences
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD, SAP BRIM, or Advanced ATP
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- SAP certification in SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales preferred
