About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Search Consultant to lead consultative sales and strategic client partnerships for SEO and AI Search solutions. This role combines business development, strategic thinking, and client advisory skills to help businesses grow through modern search strategies.
The ideal candidate is highly consultative, commercially driven, and capable of understanding complex business challenges while translating them into impactful search and digital growth opportunities.
What You Will DoStrategic Consulting & Solution Development
- Act as a trusted consultant by deeply understanding client business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored SEO, AI Search, and digital growth strategies that create long-term business value.
- Create strategic plans, proposal directions, and recommendation frameworks to present customized solutions to clients.
- Work closely with Strategy and Search Consultant teams to develop high-quality proposals, pitch presentations, and execution approaches.
- Stay updated on SEO, AI Search, AEO, GEO, and emerging search trends to strengthen consulting quality and strategic recommendations.
Client Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage the end-to-end client journey from opportunity qualification to proposal presentation and deal closing.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders through consultative, professional, and service-minded communication.
- Prepare clear Strategy Briefing Documents and ensure smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, opportunity tracking, and client communication records.
- Proactively monitor client feedback, concerns, and overall sentiment to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Consultative Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles, preferably in Digital Marketing, SEO, SaaS, or related industries.
- Consultative & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to understand client business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic SEO and digital growth recommendations.
- Sales & Client Management: Experience managing full sales cycles including qualification, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, and closing complex service solutions.
- Search & Digital Understanding: Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing, search intent, and modern search ecosystem trends including AI Search, AEO, and GEO.
- Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent consultative communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable business insights.
- Ownership & Mindset: High sense of ownership, strategic thinking, resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

- CRM & Workflow Tools: Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including pipeline and client communication management.
