By fostering a robust risk-aware culture, you will help ensure that our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework is effectively executed. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and managing risks, while also supporting security risk initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Accountabilities
- Conduct risk interviews and perform detailed risk assessments across various categories.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management activities by contributing to planning and monitoring mitigation progress.
- Advise on risk treatment plans, collaborating with stakeholders for effective mitigation.
- Coordinate security risk assessments and maintain alignment with the ERM process.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly risk reports to senior executive leadership.
- Foster a risk-aware culture by promoting open dialogue around risk management.
- Collaborate across all departments to integrate risk management into business processes.
- Stay current with industry standards in risk management best practices.
- Coordinate with GRC during internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses.
- Develop and deliver training related to governance and risk management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Enterprise Risk Management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of strategic risk management and industry frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards.
- Proven ability to create a culture of openness in risk management.
- Practical experience in preparing audit evidence and tracking corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC preferred.
