Job Purpose:
Support the Head of Wealth Segment & Strategy in driving customer growth, value creation, and strategic initiatives across the wealth customer journey. This role will also take a lead in coordinating product marketing activities to enhance visibility and adoption of wealth solutions among target customer segments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support & Execution
Assist in developing and executing strategies to grow wealth customer segments.
Support customer segmentation analysis, journey mapping, and opportunity sizing for both acquisition and portfolio growth.
2. Customer Acquisition & Retention
Help define customer acquisition initiatives using data and insight-driven approaches.
Coordinate with analytics and marketing teams to monitor campaign performance and conversion rates.
3. Wealth Product Marketing & Customer experience
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for wealth products.
Support development and enhancement of customer value propositions tailored to each wealth segment.
Gather feedback from frontline and customers to improve proposition design and delivery.
4. RM Capability & Communication Support
Coordinate with the Wealth Academy to support training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of segment strategies among Relationship Managers.
Prepare briefing materials, playbooks, and talking points for internal communication.
