Job Description:
• Analyze retail customer behavior and market trends through various data to understand customer need
• Develop retail segment insights, sub – segment considering risk & return profile and perform competitive market analysis
• Develop comprehensive retail segment strategies and objectives, considering accounting profit and Economic profit
• Guide and drive the business, including Product and Channel management, to operate in alignment with the objectives and segment strategic direction.
• Develop segment performance targets and a KPI dashboard (e.g., segment penetration, Segment CSAT, segment growth, new segment share of wallet, market benchmark, target business with high-level KPIs)
• Communicate Segment strategy and KPI and insights to Product and Channel teams to align integrated Channel & Product experiences with segment strategy and facilitate segment-based insight as input for product strategy, design and sales and servicing decisions.
• Provide assistance in the publication of a variety of reports, both within and outside the bank.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• At Least 10 years of experience in Segment Strategy/ Corporate Strategy/ Sales Management/ PMO/ Marketing Strategy/ Business Development, or related fields.
• Have an experience in Marketing campaign and Performance measurement.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken. Logical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant experience in SME/Retail customer from banking industry will be highly considered.
