Role Description The Senior Service Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for driving service sales and managing key customer relationships for Wohr's parking systems. This role includes promoting service contracts, maintenance packages, and upgrades, while preparing proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with company standards. The Senior Service Sales Executive will conduct client visits, assess customer needs, coordinate with technical and service teams for inspections and commissioning, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and renewals. Daily activities involve managing a sales pipeline, negotiating terms, monitoring service performance, and contributing to revenue targets and customer satisfaction. The role also includes reporting on market trends, supporting after-sales initiatives, and participating in presentations, tenders, and review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications

  • Strong service sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, lead management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account management, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and handle escalations professionally.
  • Solid understanding of technical or engineering-driven products or services, ideally in mechanical, construction, infrastructure, or parking systems domains.
  • Ability to prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and reports, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in service sales, after-sales, or contract management, preferably in industrial equipment, building systems, or related sectors.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits in Mumbai
