Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing information and troubleshooting product issues over the phone, performing on-site services at locations specified by customers, and organizing service operations within assigned areas. The goal is to achieve the established quality objectives to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include selling spare parts at the point of sale, such as at the office or customer's home, as well as providing knowledge and training to technicians on the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage service operations within the service center and surrounding areas to ensure customer service meets customer objectives.
- Demonstrate installation or troubleshooting, including training for internal departments and customers.
- Prepare service performance reports that impact products and coordinate with the quality departments of each product to identify problems and resolve them.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Electrical, and Electronics.
- At least 5 years of experience as a construction or electrical technician.
- Knowledge and understanding of sanitation systems, such as plumbing and sanitary ware.
- Able to communicate in English
- Computer literacy
- Able to drive a motorcycle or car with a valid driving license.
