Senior/Site QS Electrical Engineer

Salary Range: $3000 - $4500 + Allowance + OT Pay + Bonus
Working day: 5 days from Monday to Friday
Location: Outram area
Key Responsilities

• Contract & Tender Management: Assist management with contract drafting, tender document preparation, clarifications, site visits, and award presentations.

• Cost Estimation & Market Analysis: Calculate budget estimates, evaluate quarterly material and labor rates, and track supplier billings and quantities.

• Technical Sourcing & Solutions: Coordinate directly with vendors for product presentations and resolve technical issues during the bidding phase.

• Project Handover & Collaboration: Communicate across internal departments and transfer complete tender files to project teams post-award.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of M&E subcontractor experience
