Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement across Viber, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and optimization of content, ensuring consistency with brand voice and regional marketing plans.
  • Use platform insights and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics) to monitor performance and refine content and channel strategy.

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence

  • Create localized, educational content and market updates for Myanmar and other focus regions, including short-form videos, livestreams, posts, and infographics.
  • Act as the face of the brand on social media by hosting live sessions, market explainers, platform walkthroughs, and campaign videos in English and Burmese.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop content themes, scripts, and visual concepts that support acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns.

Community Engagement & Moderation

  • Monitor and manage communities on Viber, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook and related groups, ensuring conversations remain active, professional, and compliant.
  • Respond to community inquiries in real time, providing accurate information on products, promotions, and platform usage, and redirecting complex issues to support teams when needed.
  • Identify and nurture power-users, local advocates, and micro-influencers to strengthen Ultima Markets community presence.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Client & IB teams to support campaigns, events, and partner activities through social channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on channel growth, engagement, and community sentiment, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Documentation Support

  • Provide clear and accurate translation support from English to Burmese for system messages, project documentation, marketing materials, and customer communication as needed, ensuring consistency with Ultima Markets brand voice and terminology.

Skills & Experience that WOW US

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing, ideally in forex, trading, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence appearing in videos, livestreams, and public-facing content in English and Burmese.
  • Proven experience managing Telegram/Viber groups and major social platforms (Facebook, TikTok), including community moderation.
  • Good understanding of retail forex traders behavior and interests in Myanmar and regional markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese, with the ability to localize and simplify complex trading concepts.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic video/content production workflows.
