What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a passionate Lead, Software Development who will join our team in the IT Business Applications Team, Information Technologies Department.

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ReactJS, and Microsoft Azure
• Understand user and business requirements, analyze needs, and propose appropriate software solutions and architectures
• Define application development roadmaps and create development and delivery plans
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-based architectures on Azure
• Guide the team on best practices for coding, architecture, performance, and security
• Oversee MS SQL Server database design and data modeling strategies
• Actively participate in development while mentoring and supporting team members
• Manage and oversee development workflows using Azure DevOps (CI/CD, branching strategies, deployments)
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and technical risks
• Ensure code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices
• Take ownership of projects from concept through production and post-release support

The position is an onsite position based in Bang Na, Thailand.

How do we describe a perfect match

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in software development
• Extensive experience with .NET Core / C# and enterprise application development
• Strong experience with ReactJS or modern JavaScript SPA frameworks
• Advanced expertise in MS SQL Server (architecture, optimization, complex data models)
• Proven experience designing and running applications on Microsoft Azure
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
