About the Role
This Senior Developer role is the Co-Founder & Tech Lead's right hand and part of the founding team.
You'll help drive our MVP to launch in under 90 days, owning delivery, managing remote developers, and being accountable for latency, accuracy, reliability, and regulatory-grade robustness.
What You'll Do
- Translate product and clinical requirements into secure, scalable technical designs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery: scoping, estimations, implementation, reviews, testing, deployment.
- Manage and mentor remote developers; enforce coding standards, documentation, and review discipline.
- Design and maintain backend services in Golang running on AWS, orchestrated with n8n where appropriate.
- Own performance and safety KPIs: latency, accuracy, reliability, error budgets, and clinical safety boundaries.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD, observability, alerting, and incident response.
- Work across multiple streams simultaneously (features, infra, integrations, experiments) while keeping delivery on track for the 90-day MVP timeline.
Required Technical Skills
Healthcare & Compliance
- PDPA-compliant AWS infrastructure: consent management, encrypted data storage using KMS, data retention automation, and robust audit trails.
- Clinical safety protocols: emergency detection flows and boundary enforcement for sensitive user interactions.
AWS Infrastructure
- AWS RDS PostgreSQL 16 with pgvector and Multi-AZ configuration.
- ElastiCache Redis 7.1 for Bull/BullMQ queue management.
- ECS Fargate with Spot instances and auto-scaling for cost-efficient, resilient workloads.
n8n & Golang
- Advanced n8n workflows (50+ nodes) with queue-based execution patterns.
- Experience with n8n Golang migration using the Strangler Fig Pattern.
- Hybrid architecture design: n8n for orchestration + Golang microservices for core logic and performance-critical paths.
Multi-LLM Systems
- Multi-model orchestration across DeepSeek, Gemini, GPT-4o, Claude, etc., using waterfall routing for quality and cost optimization.
API Integrations
- WhatsApp Business API, LINE Messaging API, and Google Fit API integration experience.
Testing & Performance
- k6 load testing and shadow-mode deployment experience to validate changes safely in production-like conditions.
General Profile & Mindset
- Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; able to unblock complex issues under tight timelines.
- Strong multi-tasking ability; comfortable context-switching across infra, features, and reviews.

- Bias to action: prefers shipping, measuring, and iterating over endless planning.
- Clear communication and high ownership suited to an early-stage founding team.
