Job Description:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular (v15+), TypeScript, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components while adhering to frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Optimize application performance through efficient state management, lazy loading, code splitting, and frontend performance tuning techniques.
- Write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit tests and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and work with modern development tools such as Git, npm, Angular CLI, and build pipelines.
- Stay current with the latest Angular features, frontend technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve application quality and developer productivity
Requirements:
- B.Tech/ B.S. or M.Tech/ M.S. in Computer Science, IT or related field
- 4-6 years of experience.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience developing responsive, enterprise-grade web applications using Angular (v15+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices. Exposure to React is an added advantage
- Solid understanding of Angular concepts, including components, modules, services, routing, dependency injection, RxJS, and state management (NgRx/Redux or equivalent)
- Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces using UI frameworks such as Angular Material, Bootstrap, or similar component libraries.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming patterns.
- Good understanding of front-end builds tools and libraries such as Angular CLI, Webpack, npm, and utility libraries like Lodash.
- Familiarity with modern web security practices, browser compatibility, cross-browser debugging, and front-end performance optimization
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using browser developer tools and frontend diagnostics.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with experience in unit testing using Jasmine/Karma or Jest.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
- Effective and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.
Desirable Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, Bryntum or similar tools.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
