Job Description

Responsibilities:

Software Development & Design

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions to meet business needs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2).
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Refactor and rewrite code where necessary without compromising functionality.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead a team of 4–8 software developers, guiding technical decisions and ensuring timely delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and team meetings.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software development with business requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

Ensure high-quality software delivery via CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (GitLab/SVN).
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in software development.
Promote best practices in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software development techniques.
