Senior Software Engineer

Position Summary: The Senior Software Developer is a member of the team of software professionals responsible for the analysis, design, programming, testing and maintenance of the SampleNet ADM software products. Can translates software requirements or specifications into workable programming code. Has a good analytic-centric mind and able to translate it into a comprehensible framework for others. Takes ownership and responsibility for working towards delivering reliable software, writing high quality code and delivering projects on time and budget. He/she is expected to have the ability to multitask, teach and instruct coworkers, attend meetings with customers as required to ensure client's needs are met and successfully deliver all assigned projects.

Skillset Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software development. • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, AI agents and model deployment. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and CI/CD pipelines. • Fluent written and spoken knowledge of the English language to be able to work in an international team. • Proactive and take initiative. • Eager to learn other programming languages. Positive and open to learning new methods and technologies. • Good analytical/reasoning/problem solving quality. • Have a keen eye for quality and strive for improvement. • A team player who speaks his / her mind. • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. • Pursue training and development opportunities. Educational Requirements • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience

Technical Requirements • Mandatory o Experience in .NET, C#, REST APIs etc. o Experience with AI/ML frameworks, AI agents and model deployment. o Experience in working on web-based / client server-based software systems o Good understanding of object-oriented programming o RDBMS design and development using SQL Server or other RDBMS o Experience in multi-tiered application design and development o Good knowledge on REST services o Good knowledge on microservices and domain driven design patterns. o Good understanding of software development life cycle practices on requirement analysis, software design, software development, unit testing, functional testing. o Service Oriented Architecture • Good to have o Application and Database security o Azure knowledge o Proficiency developing and troubleshooting complex software systems that run in mixed environments (Cloud + On Premise). o Basic DevOps knowledge. o Healthcare domain experience – ideally LIS or LIMS systems
